LINCOLN ELEMENTARY

We believe that all children can learn and we will establish high standards of learning that we expect all students to achieve. It is our job to create an environment in our classrooms that engages students in academic work that results in a high level of achievement. We are confident that with our support and help, students can master challenging curricula, and we expect them to do so. We are prepared to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to achieve this shared educational purpose.

Welcome to Lincoln Elementary School.

It is with great excitement that we begin the 2009-2010 school year. The staff has worked hard to ensure that Lincoln Elementary will continue the long tradition of academic excellence. Our staff is devoted to ensuring that your child will receive a high quality education, with curriculum that is engaging, and develop a meaningful teacher/student relationship with your child.

Our school community is very lucky to have such a strong devotion from our staff, students and parents. It is important we maintain good communication so we can provide the best education for all the students. We encourage parents to become involved with their child’s education by talking to your child regarding the school day and what they learned each day. We invite you to attend school events or to volunteer in your child’s classroom. It is also important to know as a school community we need to have a high expectation for all students regarding their academic, social, and emotional well being.
